As a mental health practitioner I provide you with a trusting and secure environment in which you can find personal healing and growth, and explore your life in a way you never have before.
My approach is centered on culturally relevant, relational, and evidence-based practices. I adapt my approach to those I work with, meeting each individual wherever they are when we begin our therapeutic work together.
Communities I specialize with are people making life transitions, those in grief, and persons who have survived trauma. Veterans' mental health and affairs is an area of extensive expertise for me.
